Most dogs benefit from bathing every 6–8 weeks, depending on coat type, lifestyle and skin health. Over-bathing can cause dryness or irritation, so we tailor recommendations to your dog’s individual needs.

Grooming sessions typically take between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on size, coat condition and behaviour. We work at your dog’s pace to ensure a calm, low-stress experience rather than rushing the process.

We ask owners to arrive on time for drop off and pick up to support a calm environment. You’ll be notified when your dog is ready. Late pickups may incur additional fees.

Appointments are required for all grooming services. This allows us to manage time carefully, maintain a calm environment and give each dog the attention they need. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

Additional charges may apply for matting ($15–$40), behaviour or handling difficulties ($15), extra time required ($1.50 per minute or $15 per 15 minutes), or additional cleaning ($20). Any surcharges are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

Grooming costs vary based on size, coat type and service required. Our services start from $55 for bathing and from $95 for tidy-ups, with clear pricing provided upfront to avoid surprises.

We use high-quality, professional grooming products selected for skin safety, coat health and animal wellbeing. Products are chosen based on your dog’s coat type and needs and we avoid harsh chemicals or unnecessary fragrances wherever possible.

Your dog’s safety is our priority. As a trained vet nurse, Konor is equipped to recognise and respond to health concerns. If an emergency occurs, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if required.

Puppies can be bathed at home from a young age if they are warm, healthy and handled gently. Use lukewarm water and a puppy-safe shampoo, then dry thoroughly. For salon visits, we recommend waiting until vaccinations are complete, or following your vet’s advice.

Yes. In addition to dogs and cats, we offer grooming for other small, fur- or hair-covered animals on a case-by-case basis. We assess each animal’s needs and temperament to ensure we can provide calm, safe and appropriate care.
